Mac OS Classic: Does nothing. Mac OS Carbon: Works. Windows: Does nothing.
Function: A class for a core foundation dictionary.
Notes:
Subclass of CFDictionary.
If the release property is true, the destructor of this class will release the dictionary reference.

Add(key as CFObject,value as CFObject)

Function: Adds a key value combination to the dictionary.

Remove(key as CFObject)

Function: Removes all entries with the given key.
